Dear Community Partners & Resident,

We have had an opportunity recently to work with folks who have started the non-profit building process or are engaged in making their current organizational structure and functions more transparent and, increase their organization’s effectiveness and raise resident/member participation.

I would like to introduce the services of individual members of our community who bring decades of commitment and effective service in the field of community building. In 2023 we formed the IW Cheever Vision Foundation so that we could bring our varied experiences and expertise under an umbrella organization.
