Who Is Eligible
- Current or former residents of Yamacraw Village
- Families affected by redevelopment or Section 18 demolition
- Greater West Savannah neighbors facing hardship due to housing conditions, utility shutoffs, or rent hikes
Priority is given to:
- Seniors
- Single mothers
- Veterans
- Families with children
- Former public housing residents displaced since 2020
How It Works
- Applications reviewed monthly by a Resilience Fund Committee
- Funds are disbursed through trusted partners or direct-to-resident based on need
- Confidential intake and case-by-case review

- Sponsor a family: $500 helps one family avoid eviction
- Donate Monthly: Become a “Community Responder” sustaining donor
- Fund a Neighborhood Block: $5,000 provides resilience support for 10–12 homes
