Who we serve
- Current and former Yamacraw Village residents.
- West Savannah, Carver Village, Ogeecheeton-Dawes, Cuyler Brownsville, Rossignol Hill, Frazier Homes and other historically Black neighborhoods in Greater West Savannah.
- Faith partners, schools, youth groups, elders, caregivers.
Outcomes in 12 months
- 1,000 people in the 1000+ Voices network.
- Four active Resident Councils with quarterly meetings.
- Case management system for current Yamacraw residents who are displaced.
- Ten Point Plan adopted and public.
- Resilience Fund seeded and first grants disbursed.
- Two policy wins on right of return and displacement safeguards.
How we work
